While we offer diagnostic guides and typical repair timelines, all plumbing service pricing requires on-site evaluation by a licensed technician. No physical plumbing work begins without a written estimate and verbal or signed customer authorization.
3. Licensing & California Code Compliance
Plumbing repairs, equipment replacements, and drainage installations are executed in compliance with the California Plumbing Code (CPC), California Energy Code Title 24, and City of Folsom building ordinances. Where municipal building permits are required by law, permits will be obtained through proper municipal channels prior to final sign-off.
4. Emergency Service & Safety Limitations
